Building-wide conversion of 50,000 sq.-ft. industrial/commercial facility, replacing existing fluorescent, and metal halide fixtures to LED equivalents. The new fixtures offer a combined load reduction of 14Kw. With the addition of controls, the combined reductions eliminated 55,000 kilo-watt-hours of consumption in annual electrical usage, while more than doubling light levels to 50Fc within the production spaces.
